Increase the number of clients or customers you play and  sell to. (This is the main approach that almost everyone focuses only upon). This is also the most costly and time-consuming route to more business.

2. Increase the size of each client transaction (once you build trust and rapport, getting a buyer to add more products or services – or a larger size or higher quality version to their purchase – is surprisingly easy, once you learn how to do it). It is far more cost-effective to build the transactional value of existing customers as there is little or no acquisition cost. Use this saving to creatively incentivise your existing client base.

3. Increase the frequency or number of transactions. Again, strategize how to effectively sell more often to existing customers. Increase the number of times they come back and repurchase from you. If you can ethically compel your customers to increase their frequency of purchase, it will add significantly to your profit potential.

4. Reduce your expenses so repeat repeat and repeat. Your business can grow by making more money or saving more money, but the most effective way is to do both at the same time.
